-Language of curses and flowers-
"________! Where the hell are you!?" Lovino screamed at the top of his lungs as he squirmed through the crowd of different strangers in the plaza.
It was already lunch time and Lovino was already getting impatient. The high pitched plead of his younger brother to look for you still ringed in his ears and it wasn't helping. 'Where is that stupid ragazza? She couldn't have gone too far' he said to himself as he jumped up to see if he'll see any familiar looking girl.
"Man, I'm so hungry… I could eat everyone here" you complained as you placed your hand right above your stomach. You mentally laughed at your carnivorous thought and weakly smiled at the ground. 'I don't think they'd be looking for me…' you thought as you started walking without any place to go to.
"There you are!" shouted a familiar angry Italian voice from afar. You prepared yourself for the ultimate curse storm. 'Oh boy… here we go'
"Cosa diavolo c'è di sbagliato in te!? Ti ho cercato ovunque! M-mi hai fatto preoccupare, stupida ragazza!" Lovino ranted angrily as he stompped his foot and made those violent hand gestures
"W-whoa there... I can't understand Italian and my brain is currently dead from lack of food, okay?" you groaned
"Bah! Whatever! You're~a such a pain in the ass" he huffed as he took out his phone and dialed his brother's number
One more. You were going to tear his annoying face from his head. It wasn't your fault for being left out alone while they all party like there's no tomorrow. 'I am so gonna kill you someday.'
Just as dark thoughts poisoned your brain, you felt a light tug from the bottom of your cocktail dress. You suddenly snapped from your trance and saw a little girl with fresh blooms, tugging your dress.
"Hello there sweetheart! Do you need anything?" you cheerfully asked as you knelt down to her level
"Would~a you like some flowers, bella? They're~a freshly picked~" she squeaked as she tried to compete with the noise from the crowd
A small smile crept to your face as you looked at the pretty lavender colored liliacs and mixed white and pink bachelor's buttons that she had trapped in her tiny arms. You carefully tucked a lock of light brown hair blocking her face behind her ear. She was so cute wearing that maid-like attire and a cute little bandana on her head. "You're such a cutie pie aren't you? Would you like to tell me a little something about your flowers?"
The little girl grinned and started to tell you more about the flowers she had and how she got it. She sure had a lot of stories in her. You happily listened to the her, unknown to you that Lovino was watching you chat with the little girl. A small smile replaced his frown and a tint of light pink dusted on his olive toned cheeks.
"Here! Now~a go bother someone else" Lovino rudely interrupted as he handed the girl bills of money.
"I~a knew your boyfriend would~a buy you these!" she chuckled "Grazie, mister!" she gratefully thanked Lovino and waved you a sweet goodbye
"G-Goodbye! Be careful on your way home!" you waved at her
"Glad that was~a over." Lovino huffed as he crossed his arms right in front of his chest
Your attention suddenly shifted to the figure of Lovino, still pouting .You blushed hard as you realized that the young Italian just bought you flowers. "Y-you didn't have to buy these flowers Lovino... I could have bought them" you stuttered, still focused on the beautiful lilies trapped in your hands.
"W-whatever... look! My~a stupid fratello is doing the same anyways. It's not~ a big deal. That~a girl's just very noisy and persistent." He said defensively as he pointed to Feliciano and your friend who was now buying the excess flowers from the little girl. Those two really look cute together and somehow you envied your friend for having such a nice boyfriend to look after her... unlike the unlucky you who has to put up with the grumpy Lovino.
"Ah~ _______! There you are!" Feliciano cheerily sang as he rushed towards you to give you a big hug. "You got us worried~ where~a have you been!?" he said worriedly as he released you from his tight hug
"J-just got lost" you lied.
After a not-so-long explanation of why you were gone, the brothers brought you and your friend into a fancy restaurant where you had the most amazing lunch of your life. The whole place was really amazing, the service was flawless and the same goes for the food they served. What amused you the most is that you saw how Feliciano and Lovino did all the cooking for the four of you. The brothers effortlessly brought in all the ingredients and cut them up like it was thin air. Their hands moved so fast that your eyes couldn't cope with the speed of their cooking. The two were so well coordinated that even if they were moving fast, they didn't bump into each other.
"Are they really like this?" you asked your friend with much amusement
"Oh... yeah! They're like the world's experts when it comes to cooking. It's the only time they don't screw up." she chuckled in reply
After two hours of lunch mixed with chats and chaotic laughs, Feliciano once again, stole your friend and pulled her somewhere into the festival. Lovino followed afterwards and you were left walking alone as you clutched your white mask and the bouquet of Lilac and Bachelor's buttons.
Hours went by and you finally slumped yourself on the nearby staircase. These Italian people really know how to party hard for one whole day. You started to loosen your shoes and leaned back on the cold wall. The night sky spread out beautifully right above you… but you're not really in the mood to be poetic tonight. Your cocktail dress started to stick to your skin like you were covered with honey, your feet were sore and you just wanted to rest and go home.
"Uhm… excuse~a me? Are you alright?" asked a soft toned voice that sound like it came from a man
"O-Oh! Yeah… I am… thanks for the concern… mister?" you trailed off, hoping he would tell you his name
"Ah. It's~a Francesco" he politely answered as he gave you a warm smile and offered a hand shake
You took his offer and shook his hand "Nice to meet you Francesco, so glad to find someone nice in a place like this" you chuckled, remembering the grumpy Lovino.
It wasn't long until you finally felt comfortable with the young man. You had a few shares of chats and he even bought you a drink. Somehow you felt like you were stripped of your tiredness. He was such a nice guy, he even explained the history of the Carnevale di Venezia and the other historic places that he recommends you visit.
"What the hell do you think you're doing!?" Lovino shouted as he marched right towards you.
"E-Eh!?" you squeaked out of surprise as he pulled your right arm and forced you to come with him.
"Giù le mani e stai lontano da lei o saranno guai! Pensi che ti lascerò andare così facilmente? Beh ti sbagli di grosso, bastardo!" Lovino spitted angrily as he threw in more Italian curses.
"H-hey! What's wrong with you!?" you complained as the angry Italian continued to drag you along the streets. You were already losing your balance and some of the flowers were already falling on the ground.
"You should~a learn to be careful you stupid ragazza!" he shot back at you
You were finally back in the Vargas household, sulking in the room that you and your friend shared since your friend didn't want to sleep seperately from you. You had a fun time being part of the beautiful festival... but you hated how Lovino treated you... how they all treated you.
You quietly sat in front of the huge balcony and hugged your knees close to your face as your fingers played around the once fresh bouquet. Little did you know that your eyes were starting to become watery.
"Hey... ______?" greeted a soft motherly voice. It was [bf/n]
"H-hey... [bf/n]. What's up?" you asked her as you stood up and dusted off the fallen petals.
"You're crying!? Oh my goodness...what happened!?" your friend asked worriedly as she trapped you into a tight hug. She was always like that... a worried mother/friend.
You weakly laughed and whispered "He's so mean to me...". It was all you could think of.
Your friend released you from the warm embrace and with a reassuring face she said "It's alright sweetheart... boys can be a jerk sometimes. You're too beautiful to cry... just ignore it, okay? I'm sure he has a reason for being like that."
You nodded and wiped off the trickling tears from your face. She was right. Crying because some random guy you just met mistreated you isn't really a nice way to end your first day in the gorgeous country of Italy. Nope. No jerk should destroy your day.
You walked back inside the room and closed the windows as the wind started to brush through the thick curtains. Your friend went on ahead to the huge mirror hugged between a golden carved frame to brush her hair while you went to your purse to get your phone.
"Huh? What's this?" you mumbled as you took out a small note that were buried under three yellow poppies and a lone red daisy tucked behind a yellow rose.
"To the innocent girl who doesn't know when not to trust people,
Look. I know you're new here but it doesn't give you the license to make a fool out of yourself and go with any random Italian jerk that suddenly becomes nice to you. Not everyone in our place is nice. Most of the guys who come crawling to you may be perverted bastards. Be careful next time...
And I'm sorry if I'm being mean to you. I just hate it when filthy hands of perverts snakes to the wrong places... they're disgusting me.
P.S. I know that bastard face earlier. He's a perverted jerk who's good with women. Stay away from him or I'll have to drag you along the streets again. I mean it. -Lovino Vargas"
A small giggle escaped from your lips as your read the last few sentences. You didn't expect to get this kind of letter from that grumpy Italian... and with flowers too.
"Hey ______!" your friend called you as she opened her laptop "You know what those flowers mean?" she winked
"S-shut up!"

~Why Do You Hate Me So Much?~ RomanoXReader(Fluff)
You were never strangers to dispute, that was for sure. Romano Vargas was the polar opposite of everyone you hung out with, but for some reason he was still in the group. You could tolerate him if he was nicer, or at least if he pretended to be nice. You loved Antonio and Feliciano, but when Romano was there you just couldn’t handle it. He was constantly rude to you, what was his problem? Antonio’s tried to tell you not to take it personally, but you just couldn’t help it, hell, he almost made you cry that one time he was talking about you and didn’t think you were listening. Thank God you had never been alone together

“(Name)! Wake up, it’s time for school!”
You groaned and rolled over lazily to the other side of your bed. Your (e/c) orbs flashed open as you realized what day it was.
Valentines Day.
Sighing, you pushed yourself out of your warm bed as your mother called for you again.
“I’m coming!” You said tiredly, while slipping on a red blouse and some tight jeans.
You weren’t looking forward to this day, but you decided you should at least be a little decorative for the holiday. Blinking into your mirror, you decided to leave your hair down and wavy but add a red bow to it. You tossed on some makeup and b

Within that time, she had also became good friends with Lovino, Feliciano's older brother. Although she w
